Aircraft Precision Products has a modern non-destructive testing facility offering magnetic particle inspections, fluorescent penetrate inspections, dry film lubrication, and millipore cleaning techniques. In conjunction with our thermal spray coating facilities, APPI has a full, in-house NADCAP accredited metallographic testing facility for coating evaluation. Our machine specialties include jet engine bearing housings, retainers, supports, and rotating and complex turning. Other specialties include EDM machining and monitored holemaking.
